What is the delivery time?
To organize shipping as efficiently and as sustainably as possible, we ship our packages once a week, on a Thursday. If this is different, we will always contact you about this. Do you want to receive the package earlier? Then you can always contact us so that we can discuss what is possible.

How will my order be shipped
All our orders are currently shipped with PostNL. As soon as an order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a track & trace from us. PostNL will also send an email when the package is offered.

What if a vintage item doesn't fit?
If an item is not quite what you expected or it does not fit
always contact us first. Please do so within 14 days after you have received the package. We will then send you an email with further return instructions. The shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Only items with an original tag and in good condition will be accepted for return. The amount will be refunded within 5 working days after receipt and approval. If an item is damaged, we will contact you for further consultation.
