About us
The mission of Studio vintique is to inspire consious women, who want to make a change, to buy vintage and to re-use beautiful garments.
We are an online vintage boutique based in Amsterdam and founded by Mell Brouwer. She worked in the fashion industry for many years and it felt so wrong to produce new clothes over and over again, while there are so many beautiful items, already made, who deserve a second life. In December 2020, she decided to chase a longterm dream and started an online vintage shop with affordable modern vintage of high quality.
I want to make vintage accessible to everyone and together with you build towards a better and greener world & lifestyle.
Our collection is based on modern and feminine pieces. All items are in a good condition and are all unique. We search for the best fabrics like; silk, coton, pure wool, chasmere, merino, wool etc and for the coolest pieces like highwaist trousers, feminine blouses, leather jackets, man blazers, pieces we can upcycle etc. We don't believe in fast fashion trends and seasons because we think buying something that goes a long way is better for our planet and for you.
At Studio vintique we think it is important to simplify the process to buy your vintage pieces. We understand it can be quite overwelming to visite a vintage kilo shop or thriftshop so we curate all pieces ourselfs. We check the quality of all items and we restore, refresh or wash them before you can buy the vintage pieces.
